the location is bad, since they also have club in the hotel, the parking was occupied with the visitors for club and the room accommodates couldn't get their car parked rather got in unsecured area. the bed sheets were ripped, the floor was so dirty, the breakfast they provide in plastic container, but the taste was good.

We travelled to chennai and stayed at this terrible Hotel from Sep 10-12 . We had to attend a wedding and the host booked us here . The host did all the arrangements in good faith as this hotel was 1 min away from the venue. But the staff at the hotel is super rude and dont have the basic courtesy to even smile at the time of check-in . The hotel is not kid friendly at all. we were travelling with our 10 month old baby and they didnt even agree to make baby khichdi even after many many requests . How can a hotel with full kitchen refuse request for a baby. We had a evening flight and requested them to allow us half day check out at 6 pm and they were extremely rigid about the same . even though we had booked many rooms and all had checked our before itself.
