Good central location, nice cosy place...had initially had some minor issues.... eventually the team sorted all.Worth visiting

Family space
The area is pretty grubby but close to walk to the city centre and train stations. The double bed is small for two people and dips in the middle. We liked the place because it had two bedrooms and a living room sonit worked well for a family. All checkin instructions were sent by WhatsApp which worked out fine.

We stayed here for a weekend, what a miserable little flat. Could be so lovely as the location is great. Grubby, mouldy and just very miserable to be in, hence why we made sure we spent as little time in it as possible. Thankfully we had our own bedding with us…we’re well traveled! The bathrooms filthy and mould growing in the windows. Every wall had damage. I wouldn’t recommend and the price does not reflect the state of the place!!

I may be biased but we are so grateful to these hosts! Long story short, we were defrauded by Living Comfortably at Southside Apartments, St Johns Walk, Birmingham on my hen night! Arrived at 2:45 pm, commence 2 hours of stress trying to get money back & a room to stay in. Thank goodness my fiancé found Mica Point for us. They were so understanding of the last minute booking. Free car parking with a good sized space behind locked gates. Large bedrooms. 2 bathrooms - although could do with re-sealing as there’s some mould. There were also marks already on the counters & carpets. It was a bit university vibes. Regardless, it was a clean & comfortable bed to sleep in, near town, with parking & these guys saved the night for us. I’m honestly so grateful.
只能说非常差劲，没有任何服务态度，并且有坑钱的嫌疑，不推荐入住，整套流程服务非常不专业，联系他还要专门加他的WhatAPP。并且还在trip平台上预定页面毫无告知的情况下，和我们说晚点到要加费用，并且多收了我们40磅的所谓延迟入住费用，并且要求我在入住之前把这些费用全部结清，包括押金一共225磅，我问能不能信用卡支付？他说信用卡不行，只能用银行卡支付，我当时没办法使用银行卡，他就要我在15分钟之内把钱付完，不然就取消我的预定，或者要加钱收取手续费才能用信用卡，并且用另外一种复杂的信用卡方法支付，我没有办法只能借朋友的信用卡进行支付，这让我非常不愉快。且不说清洁费用在本地收取，房间内的床单质量和床单卫生都非常堪忧，床单质量差，且上面有很多灰尘和杂质。室内有苍蝇，而且公共的杯子全部都没洗干净。我不知道这是不是因为我们不是英国人而态度这么恶劣，总体而言我对这家旅馆非常失望！
房子很干净，但磨损严重。厨房和浴室的地板有两处腐烂，而且使用其中一个洗手池时，水管漏水到地板上。如果不是因为水管和地板的问题，情况会好得多。除此之外，房子舒适、安全、安静，而且位置便利。
我以为这家酒店是市中心的公寓式酒店，但事实并非如此。酒店干净、方便，但相当破旧，厨房里明显缺少必需品（4 个不配套的水杯，没有酒杯或汽水杯、烤盘、配套的盘子等），以这个价格来说，它绝对应该有更高的标准。
从哪里开始说起呢！首先，走廊里到处都是半空的饮料，整个地方都有一股奇怪的味道。我们五个人只能用一个钥匙进入大楼，这意味着如果我们不是一起的话，我们总是需要找人让我们进楼。公寓里的椅子上沾满了天知道是什么污渍，天花板上有一个看起来像咖啡的污渍。窗户上有霉菌，热水情况简直是笑话！当您预订最多可容纳 6 人的公寓时，建议只有足够的热水供 2/3 人洗澡，我们中的一些人应该在早上洗澡，其他人应该在晚上洗澡，这不是理想的选择。除此之外，我们随后被指控房间发生了从未发生过的事情，试图不退还押金。我不建议在这里预订
