The rooms were well-kept and the hotel was very convenient to everything around Dupont Circle. There was an issue with the water pressure in my room, amd the staff quickly relocated me to another one. Over all, I was very pleased withbmy stay.

We stayed for one night at this hotel in one of tje upper rooms. The value is fine considering the low price. Especially, thanks to Essam who welcomed us so well and was very attentive to make our stay easy and very enjoyable.

The hotel is very well located, near the Mall and good food options. Maybe that is its best point. Room was very dark as it was under ground level (or at ground level being generous), A/C broken, lockers are not enough for all guests and worst of all, water pressure was almost none. Really, almost none. Showering was quite difficult to get soap off. We tried to contact people in desk via post-it (as is not a 24/7 attended hotel). We got no response. This issue and the no A/C made our estance quite bad. I don't get it, seems like things easy to solve and make the experience 10/10 (for the price).
