This Hotel is listed on FAB Hotels website with extremely beautiful pictures of rooms and amenities. The case is different when you visit. Although the Staff is courteous, the product is pathetic. Was allotted room on the third floor citing the first 2 floors had banquet halls and therefore there were no rooms. The condition of the room was like just another lodge down the market with rusty pipes, shabby bathroom floor and NIL soundproofing. You cannot sleep in the night as sound travels as if you were omn the road itself. Dirty, stained and stinking bed. This Hotel will have to improve a lot and my request is to remove the Images on FAB Hotels Website as it is completely misguiding. this Hotels operates only as NAND Hotel.

The hotel accommodated you in a single room, despite your booking, which does not match my reservation. In the name of changing the room, we were charged extra services, food services and also the AC was not working, there was no water in the bathroom and small germs were there, so the whole hotel was dirty. I don't think you should recommend the hotel to anybody else next time, I think you should use the same app that you have from MakeMyTrip but you should delete it because it has to provide the services to you as well which you are providing and we are trusting on it.
please make sure do not suggest this hotel name to anybody

Stayed here for 5 nights, staff of the hotel showed great hospitality. Food items are also good expect few items. As the hotel is on the main road you can expect little honkings but it’s bearable. Recommended for future visitors👍🏻

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff seemed unwelcoming and unprofessional. The receptionist had an attitude issue while interacting with me. Additionally, I was not allowed to check-in 30min early, But allow me check in 20 minutes late. Other issues included:
- No Wi-Fi
- Irregular room cleaning
- No bedside lamps in the room
- Congested storage area
Overall, the experience fell short of expectations.
隔两天再入住，领了之前寄放行李。这次两晚含了早餐，但不含饮料(咖啡)，问了晚班柜台，咖啡一杯Rs.45
隔天早上想说，订相同一套，退房时，结帐顶多付Rs.90+税金？结果前天早上柜台，开口就是Rs300。告知昨晚已经知道一杯咖啡Rs.45,才闭口。虽然鸡同鸭讲许久，他们干脆不收钱？本着两次都有喝了咖啡，还是给了柜台Rs.100(当然不会找钱。)后来报价Rs300那位柜台，又索要小费，也就再给了Rs.20。毕竟两次入住，皆寄存行李(不收费)，饮料后来也强索付费，是自己心甘情愿，支付。反应这事，仅供房客参考及希望酒店改进。之前住的酒店房价比这家更便宜许多，提供了相同图片早餐，饮料除了咖啡或印度茶(还可续杯)。虽然条件不同，至少客房内，提供早餐选择标示或付费价钱选项吧？这酒店都没有啊?
