EXCELLENT service. Staff behaviour is EXCELLENT.RAHUL KATIYAR SIR is very cooperative. This is going to be my regular hotel from now onwards...SUPER VIEW FROM THE ROOM .

The place was clean and the environment was beautiful and hygienic too the staff was very cooperative the surroundings was peaceful

The hotel was probably the best in town. The room (bit small) and bed was comfortable. Air- conditioning was good with proper back-up in case of power failure (which did take place couple of times daily). Food was decent and there did not seem to be many comparable options in town. Only problem was that there was no Dining area. Breakfast & meals were necessarily served in the room which was a bit inconvenient for a couple to eat. Hot water was available only after requesting the mains for the heater to be switched on. This too could be OK, but there was no communication about either of these features at check-in. Guests have to ask to find out. But then, given that it’s operating in a small town and perhaps the best in town one can't complain too much, but perhaps the management con take note and improve.

The pillow are the very fluffiest and very comfortable, washroom are very clean. But telephone and TV not operated. Both are dummy
