What I like in Kirana is exotic location and breath taking views. Do not expect city hotel,.. You have to stay in modesty, for me Kirana is great, they offer complimentary snorkeling, paddle board and kayaking so we have a lot things to do.

I stayed in this place called Retreat with friends and we literally had to flee after just 1 night. The hygienic conditions of the room were nothing short of shocking and unworthy of any accommodation facility. The most serious and frustrating problem concerned the cleanliness of the sheets. The sheets provided upon our arrival were visibly dirty. After reporting this, we had to request a change FOUR TIMES before the staff managed to find a set that was actually clean and acceptable. An unprecedented inconvenience and waste of time. Unfortunately, the situation did not improve elsewhere: * Room: The walls were dirty and stained. The smell of humidity was incredible, so much so that we noticed mould inside the pillows, an unacceptable health and hygiene risk. * Window/Fabrics: The curtains were absolutely dingy and worn out. * Bathroom: The bathroom was dirty and the drains were not working properly, causing stagnation and further hygienic issues. Considering the total lack of hygiene, the frustrating handling of the problem by the staff, and the overall condition of the room, we decided to immediately cut our stay short. The price paid for the stay is completely unjustified compared to the level of service and hygiene offered. I strongly advise against this resort to anyone who values their health and a decent holiday. Stay away.

当时我实在没心情生气。那天晚上，我们一家人都没睡好。屋顶多处漏水，水滴滴答答地往下流。床垫湿透了，我们的东西也都湿透了。幸运的是，被雨淋湿的电子产品还完好无损，还能用。希望这次事件能给旅馆管理层一个教训。

非常有趣的茅草、木头和竹子小屋。室外厕所和淋浴间，但仍然私密，而且出奇地棒！
强烈推荐。餐厅里播放着美妙的音乐，尤其是在早餐时间。
我没什么可抱怨的。但游客需要适应一点乡村、户外的氛围。
