Awful from start to finish! I had a iPad 10th generation and some shampoos go missing, I also paid for one week and only stayed for 3 nights but had no refund. The kettle was absolutely disgusting the shower didn’t work and the bedding was dirty too.

Welcomed and shown room by staff. Stayed 4 nights, room not serviced once, towels not replaced or bins cleared. Milk cartons were all out of date. Room not clean, dust, hair, and grim visible on surfaces. Fridge kettle and microwave in room but no signs of PAT testing. Very tired room and in need of a complete redecoration. Room smelt very undress. Fire alarm board continuously beeping and lights flashing. 2 fire extinguishers outside the room both out-of-date and had 'REPLACE' written across the inspection label, one appeared empty! Will not be returning to this property and certainly not worth the price that was paid. Socket switches worn and dangerous.

Room was depressing, dirty. Table had cobwebs. Dead insect on wall. SHower cubucle had mould. Although I booked 3 nights, I could not last more than 30mins. The manager Pravinder?? was receptive to my complaints but as they were fully he did not have another room for me.

Booked and stayed in the family room, probably the biggest family room that I have seen in Europe. Plenty of space for bags. Requested room at ground floor which was granted. Free car parking available at the front and back of the lodge. If your visit has anything to do with Brunel University then this lodge is in a perfect place. Room was exactly as shown in the photos. Downside: no fan in the room, it was very hot at times and a fan would help. The back door opens up in a rundown backyard, flies started to come in. Cleaning could be improved. Ensuite shower area is very small. They don’t do daily cleaning, changing sheets and towels unless you ask for it. All in all, comfortable stay in a family run lodge. Owner is a nice guy and had good conversations with him.
