Room was nice. Spacious and clean. No tv . Some kind of fecal matter in the pool. Actual room was a mile away from the address I took an uber to from the airport was led to believe I’d be staying at , was told it was only an 8 min walk ..
The day of my departure I was locked out of my room 2 hours before checkout .. ( key card was turned off ). All my money ,cell phone and belongings locked inside .. no way to call for help or assistance. Not too happy ..

I’ve stayed at probably 100+ hotels since I have been alive, and I have never had a maid come in a unit only make the bed, mop the floor and then leave everything else dirty. No new towels. Didn’t wash dishes or clean plates. So weird.!

There are not enough furnishings. there are no wash clothes, hand towels, glasses, extra toilet paper, paper towels, or blankets. If you are going to charge a "resort fee" where the only amenity is a swimming pool, you need to provide basics. there were 2 each of the eating utensils.

spacius bedroom, nice bathroom. Very good location. 2 blocks away from the beach, Publix and other shops. The staff are very friendly. Hallway needs to be cleaned. kitchen utensils need upgrades

The room was very nice had a lot of space , clean and great looking bathroom. Only negative thing about this stay it’s finding a parking spot which it’s quite difficult and expensive, yet again it’s a common issue in Miami Beach area. Other than that the place it’s very good would definitely recommend !

Clean and centrally located however I wasn't aware that i could be shuffled between any one of their properties. When I arrived there was a note to check in at another location... which was a 7 minute walk away, only to be advised that i would be staying at another property which was 15 minute walk away. Property was clean and as described however the location at the one i landed at was not one that i would have chosen.

我在那里度过了一段愉快的时光。房间里的气味比迈阿密很多地方都要好闻。
但就像其他人说的，床单有点脏，最好不要仔细看。最糟糕的是度假村费。多亏了Trip，他们帮了我。你看到的价格，到最后因为“度假村费”要多付一半。我觉得他们应该在你入住度假村之前就把这笔费用，比如我从没用过的泳池费，包含在价格里。
第二糟糕的是，明明写着有厨房，但实际上什么都没有😅😅。不过房间气味很好，服务人员也很友善，打扫得也很干净。所以没有一些人说的那么糟糕。
