The room and staff were great! 2 issues we had that you charge another 6.00 for a teabag, never had to pay for a 2nd cup. Based on how luxury all was thought that was petty. The other item is that we are forced to use valet parking.

I thought I reserved a room with a sofa couch. They offered a rollaway bed but this was not comfortable for my daughter. There were no rooms available like this so I had to take another room that was oceanfront but was charged $100 upgrade fee. The staff were very friendly about this but I didn’t think I should be charged. I will be sure to confirm all this before I take another trip. Overall experience was ok.

The property was nice and there are bars and restaurants on-site, which was nice. However, parts of the resort seemed to be in disrepair and the service was okay.

The services were excellent all around including room, beach, pool, parking, bars and restaurants. I would have preferred a self parking option and that the beach umbrellas would have been included as part of the daily hotel fees.

The location was perfect. Centrally located, making trips north and south along the key easy. We were able to quickly go to Sarasota or Ana Maria. The private beach was great. It would have been better without the uncharges for umbrellas and additional lounge chairs. Only 2 lounge chairs per room when a room holds 4 people. Restaurant service was slow, we had breakfast the first morning which was just ok. All other meals were out on the island. Some very good options. Try, Whitney’s, Dry Dock Grill or the Sage Biscuit. All were good. The front office, housekeeping and valet/ bell staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was nice resort was clean. Pool area was fun, only downside is that they had no music playing out at the pool.

Staff and property was very nice. only one dislike: We were booked in room 205. To access the elevator to get to our room we had to travel through the outside concession/bar area by the pool. So you rolled your luggage right through this area which felt funny rolling right by people eating or drinking. Better route would have been inside away from outside area. Everything else was very nice.
