The room, the linens and the bathroom were all clean, and I have no complaints there. The hallway steps were somewhat run-down on the verticals sides of the steps, but the horizontal sides were in good shape and had slip guards, so there was no safety issue, only an aesthetic one. There were aromas of pleasant air fresheners in the hallways, but the more pronounced odor was leftover curry or some other kind of food smell that I found unappealing. Again, though, there were traces that attempts were present to sanitize the odors that lingered. in the hallway of the first floor. There were no unpleasant odors in my room.

Staff was friendly, but the room could use some work. Refrigerator was noisy, lighting was a bit harsh and no full length mirror. Was okay for the price and the need.

The price is perfect for everything offered at the hotel, great place to move wherever we want to go and know in Ruidoso, the attention service was also attentive, helpful, and attentive.

Staff was very courteous. The hallways smelled of pot...much worse at night. The furniture in our room was broken. It had a missing drawer. It definitely needs some TLC.
