Despite repeated requests, the room was used for smoking, which resulted in strong odors and additional sanitation requirements.As per our policy, the standard deep cleaning charge for such cases is LKR 35,000. However, out of goodwill, we only charged LKR 5,000 — a significantly reduced amount — to avoid further inconvenience to you.Regarding your claim about missing items, we must respectfully clarify that this is entirely false. Our housekeeping staff are highly trained, trusted professionals. There was no report or evidence of any such incident during your stay. 酒店地理位置绝佳,海景房视野开阔,离市中心主要景点也很近。房间干净整洁,装修现代,设施齐全,住着非常舒适。
房间非常干净。所有接待我们的员工都面带笑容,态度友善,让人感到他们工作充满热情。早餐种类不多,有点遗憾。总的来说,这家酒店规模不大,考虑到设施,我觉得价格有点偏高。屋顶酒吧的椅子有些地方钢丝裸露,我的裤子被钩住,都刮破了,这让我非常失望。
我们待在 MaRadha 的时光太棒了!酒店位置极佳,房间现代、设计周到且舒适。他们提供美味的自助早餐,有斯里兰卡和英式两种选择。工作人员非常友好乐于助人。MaRadha 超出了我的预期!强烈推荐这家酒店。
不推荐独自旅行来这家酒店,我感觉并不是很安全,酒店房间没有给我提供牙刷和吹风机还有拖鞋,最让我不安的是在我用美元支付后并且前台检查后没问题后的第二天,同一个前台要求我换一张新的美元,说我昨天提供的美元有残破,如果有问题不应该昨天就应该指出吗???为什么还得隔天并看起来不是同一张美元,我非常怀疑员工是想用假钞换真钞,并且在我晚上出门后半小时回来感觉马桶被人使用过,当晚我很害怕是用椅子抵住门睡的
马拉达酒店是我们在科伦坡发现的一家很棒的酒店。房间干净现代,员工友善,还有一个能欣赏到绝美风景的屋顶餐厅。地理位置也很中心便利。强烈推荐给那些寻求舒适放松住宿体验的旅客!
极棒的酒店!屋顶泳池和酒吧都太赞了,点的Veda猪肉超级美味。房间和床都很大。唯一遗憾的是我们没有时间多住几天。海景也是一流的。等不及要再来了!
在是我在国外出差最差的一次体验,这个地段120刀的价格非常贵了。酒店的卫生环境也很差,房间里面充斥着一股霉味,最可恶的人酒店工作人员手脚不干净,趁我外出期间。把我箱子打开,把箱子里面一条扁方盒中华烟(价值1200),一盒黄金奶白茶(价值1000),给偷走了。恶劣到了极点,提醒广大旅客朋友,选择要慎重!
酒店位置很好,购物很方便,玩得很开心。房间能看到海景,顶楼酒吧也很棒。
酒店设施相当于国内三星水平,七百多的价格也不算多便宜,房间挺大的,有印度洋海景,除此之外没什么优点了。早餐实在有点敷衍,十点结束的早餐,我们九点四十去餐厅的时候,已经几乎没热食吃了,只能吃点面包,估计餐厅服务员也是看不下去了给我们弄了个蛋卷。
整体服务令人失望,打电话要拖鞋要了两次,退房时关于早餐收费问题又耽误了半小时,各种不顺利。
