Had the worst experience at the Sonder. In fact, I was unable to check in so I never got to see the hotel. The worst part was the lack of hospitality from THREE people at the front desk - and none of them were occupied helping other guests. They made me call Priceline multiple times rather than them help or do their job. Isn’t that what they should be doing and are paid for? Clearly, there was no hospitality. I’m afraid they’ve lost a customer and any sense of reputation as I surely won’t be recommending this place. Thank you, A couple celebrating an anniversary

Location is absolutely amazing. All said, for the price-- I'd stay here again for the location alone. Beach access, coffee shops, boutiques, galleries, restaurants, etc. are all within blocks, if not next door. The staff, when there, were pleasant. The facility and rooms are a bit tired. It was a nice sized room, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, etc. Wall AC unit was loud and could use a filter change. The room itself is that of an older hotel that has received a few coats of paint over the years. The Marriott pictures are definitely portraying a much 'fresher' perspective of the hotel than reality of the room I was in. The rooftop patio was great to take in a conference call and watch the ocean... The pool is small. Also, I wouldn't expect "resort-style" presence/service with towels set about each day as you see in the picture. When I was there (October) the hotel was minimally staffed with door codes to get into the building and room after hours (no staff after hours). Expect traffic noise depending on the side of the hotel you are staying... beach side is traffic side. Again- great location, clean, comfortable room. Just not a fancy 4-star as you may expect by how it's rated and the images shared by the hotel/chain.

My worst experience with hotels ever! No service means you are not welcome. But they gladly take your money: $863.62 for 3 nights ! Dark room with old mattress, no table and chair for computer work. No soap, but 3 shampoo bottles, and a MAJOR electrical code issue in the bathroom: an electrical outlet above the water faucet! (That's dangerous)! Access with code does not always work, and we were almost stranded the first evening outside the premises. Nobody present to help. We had to call "customer service" in Philippines which turned out to be incompetent

干净而且接待人员超级好——非常棒。地下室(监狱)和网上极其繁忙的街道上的照片不符,至少你不能在这里睡觉。就性价比而言,对我来说这是 50 年来最差的酒店。结论令欧洲人不满意!
