This property should be ranked as the absolute worst Hilton in the world. The hygiene, amenities, and overall facilities are beyond appalling.
1. Severe Noise and Health Hazards (AC System):
The air conditioning is ancient, sounding like a loud engine vibrating throughout the night. Even on the lowest setting, the noise is unbearable. More disturbingly, the AC filters are covered in a thick layer of dust and filth, clearly uncleaned for years. I could literally feel the grime with my fingers. The room reeked of mold as soon as the AC was turned on. As someone with allergic rhinitis, my symptoms (congestion and runny nose) didn't stop once inside. I complained and inspected two other rooms—every single one had the same filthy filters and moldy smell.
2. Deceptive Marketing (Ctrip & Hotel Info):
Ctrip's listing claimed the hotel was renovated in 2024, which the customer service confirmed before I booked. However, the hotel staff later admitted the property opened in 2003 (formerly a Pullman) and was merely rebranded as a Hilton in 2023. At least 90% of the interior remains unchanged. You are essentially paying for the Hilton name while staying in a decaying 20-year-old hotel.
3. Dilapidated Facilities & Poor Hygiene:
The infrastructure is falling apart. The diverter valve between the handheld shower and the rain shower was broken and fell off immediately, leaving me with only one functional option. The faucet at the sink also came loose when adjusting the temperature. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were yellowed with suspicious black spots—potentially mold.
Final Verdict:
If you want your Bangkok trip to be a nightmare and your health to be compromised, this is the place for you. You will experience what the "Worst Hilton in the World" looks like. Truly an unforgettable—for all the wrong reasons—experience.
提前订的,所以价格很好,分到27层高层,也有行政礼遇,前台能说点中文,入住很顺畅,早餐种类多,酒店还有健身房泳池,周边交通便利,小的7-11,按摩店非常方便,酒店后面有条小巷,逛逛走走看到氛围很足的小酒吧,晚上吃了酒店外面50米处的日式烤肉,好吃到爆啊,这次住宿体验很棒
酒店位置在素坤逸站旁边,走路过去两分钟,出行算方便,但是周围在修路,晚上特别吵,我第一晚没睡着直接收拾行李找前台要求换房,酒店处理非常耐心细致,工作人员带我去看了三间同等规格的房间,我选了一间高层的,噪音影响降到最低,各个服务员都很好,礼貌热情,体验很棒。
交通:酒店离地铁很近,四通八达 ,非常便捷。
早餐:丰富多彩,每天都换花样,很好吃。
房间:提前网上申请了一个大床房和双床房挨在一起,结果给了我们一个内部联通的,方便我们照顾老人和孩子,棒棒哒。
服务:泰国的服务真的太棒了,太入心了。从入住的前台,餐厅接待服务,日常打扫的细节,都让人宾至如归。
其他:房间比较老,不太隔音。但房间很大,有淋浴房,浴缸,洗漱台。有需要随时联系前台提供。
由于地址就在商圈附近,地铁接驳无缝连接,所以每天出游很是方便。泰国堵车太厉害,地铁出行解决很多交通问题。
性价比高,马上放春假了,快带上家人游玩吧。
早餐很丰富,想吃的基本都找得到,地理位置可以,虽说是Terminal21 购物中心就在酒店对面,但是也要暴晒走个10来分钟才能到,附近还有酒吧一条街,个人感觉不太适合家庭亲子,酒店泳池比较小,不太适合小孩子玩水,泳池边也不太适合放松,空间有限又没有什么景观,酒店设施太陈旧了,需要翻新一下了!高层景观还是可以的!
这个酒店可以被评为全球最差希尔顿!卫生、配套、设施简直都离谱至极!
1:酒店空调噪音巨大,是二十几年前的老空调,像装了发动机一直在嗡嗡响,调到最小也是很吵。而且空调滤网里有厚厚一层灰和脏东西,一看就是很多年没清洗过空调滤网,我用手都能摸到里面的灰,空调一开满屋的霉菌味,我有过敏性鼻炎,在屋里面鼻塞流鼻涕就没止住过。后来我投诉了联系前台又看了两间房,结果是没有一间是干净的,每一间的空调滤网都有一堆灰,每一间的房间都充斥着霉菌味!
2:携程虚假宣传,我定的时候提前问了客服,客服说酒店2024年装修的,携程上也这样标的。我后来又问了酒店的人,这家2003年开业,之前是铂尔曼,2023年挂牌希尔顿,用的还是以前老装修风格,90%的东西都没换过。你可以把住这个酒店理解成花钱住了希尔顿的名字,但是它的内在和服务就是20年前老酒店的水平。
3:酒店设施老化严重,卫生情况极差!淋浴间切换花洒和顶喷的插头是坏的,一拔就掉,导致我只能用淋浴。洗手盆的水龙头调水温也会掉。床单有地方发黄,还带有小黑点,不知道是不是发霉了。
如果想让你的曼谷之旅充满糟心,让你的身体变得不健康,我很建议选择这家酒店,你会体验到全球最差希尔顿是什么样的,也是难忘的体验。

订完第二天就降价,携程很不负责任,差评都是给携程 的!!!!说说是2024年装修的,房间一股发霉的味道走廊里 也都是霉味),装修怎么也得10几年了。
千万别定带晚餐的套餐,还以为为自助,实际上就是个小 餐厅,餐食特难吃,街边30可以搞定, 到这儿要200。早餐 选择特少,曼谷住过所有五星级里面早餐最差的一家了。.. 前台办入住,脸也很臭。
晚上街上的声音很大,车流、车鸣声音听的一清二楚,如 果非要定,建议定没有早餐最便宜的一档,因为早餐实在 是难吃,并且餐厅特小。
春节来斯里兰卡在曼谷转机停留一个晚上,选了希尔顿酒店,位置挺好的,酒店对面有个 terminal 21 购物吃饭都很方便。
设施:基本完善,游泳池,餐厅酒吧,地板有些历史感
卫生:有浴缸淋浴,不过床品质量一般
环境:地处闹市,靠近轻轨站,交通方便
服务:服务热情周到,都很有礼貌
设施:设施比较陈旧,客房内有点霉霉的味道,用香味压住后混合起来比较奇怪。隔音确实做的不好,半夜会有摩托车比较吵,酒店就是老五星的标准。
环境:地理位置优越,就在商业街对面,过马路就到,坐地铁也比较方便
服务:服务还是热情,工作人员都会热情打招呼,早餐厅也算丰富,订的时候900多,还算OK
非常棒的入住体验。
行政楼层的房间很大,楼层高,视野也很好。
早餐选择丰富,食物很棒。
酒廊里的饮品和食物也都非常出色,服务一流。
大堂酒吧的欢乐时光也很不错。
美中不足的是,泳池区域对于酒店的规模来说有点太小了。不过对我们来说没问题,因为当时只有我们两个人。
