We were informed upon check-in that the heating wasn't working and were offered a free breakfast (which we'd already pre-paid for) and were told that would be refunded but that wasn't mentioned again.
We ate in the pub/restaurant and the food and service was good and the staff polite.

Don't stay on a Thursday the noise from the pub quiz is dreadful. No idea why the person doing quiz needs to be so loud that conversation in the pub is impossible.
The rooms are basic - okay for one night. We have stayed here 4 times before as the location is perfect for us, the rooms have always been clean but on this occasion the bathroom was not properly cleaned and had hairs in sink on on toilet seat. The communal areas were also grubby and not clean

Clean, quite lovely staff and good food. The corner on the mirror shelf in the bedroom fell off. Just needs to be glued back on. The lights in the bathroom was flickering all the time not good for elderly or someone with epilepsy. Just sort these two things out. Everything else was great.

Clean room, good food at the bar however the drinks proces are ridiculous. £22 for 2 glasses of wine that was thin and cheap

员工看起来愁眉苦脸，一副不情愿待在那里的样子；即使住了四晚，也只提供两包茶；食物乏味；地毯上有污渍；总之，别浪费时间。
我不会再来了。
房间状况非常糟糕，大片油漆开裂脱落，石膏开裂，木头破损裸露。每天早上六点，我都会被笼子之类的东西吵醒。
除了房间糟糕的状况，更糟糕的是，我感觉很不安全。酒店的入口是一条居民街上的侧门，没有上锁，直接通往酒店房间。
用皇冠酒店从苏格兰开车到康沃尔郡，非常方便，适合M5高速公路。性价比高，房间舒适。还会再来的。
工作人员非常乐于助人，地理位置优越。食物很美味，不过我们的白葡萄酒应该在上桌前冷藏一下
