Fisherman's Cot is in a stunning setting and could be beautiful. Unfortunately it is in desperate need of an upgrade. Rotting woodwork, flaking and rusting ironwork, power lines hanging across the site, unswept areas and litter spoil an idylic setting. The staff are mainly very helpful and pleasant, but obviously under pressure too. Some staff need training in customer service and attention.

Great place to stay
We picked this hotel as a stopover on our journey. We chose it as the restaurant looked good.
We got the last room available, it was small but very comfortable.
Dinner that evening was excellent as was the breakfast next morning couldn’t fault a thing.

Really good location and dinner and breakfast. Staff very friendly and doing a great job but Marston's brewery seem to be cutting costs by under staffing more staff needed . Nice rooms with great views but they do need tlc to bring them up to modern standards

Good size room very clean does need some tlc though. The staff were very helpful and friendly the breakfast lots of choices and very good,same for lunch and evening meal

房间极冷，饮品选择很少，因为所有饮品都“关闭”了。
零下低温时暖气竟然没开，而且窗户要么开着，要么破损，要么密封不严。
客人入住之间没有更换厕纸。
不过，工作人员很友善。
房间位于酒吧/餐厅的附楼，这让周围环境安静了许多。淋浴很棒。房间本身很宽敞，第三张床是弹簧床垫，而不是我们习惯的加床或沙发床。这对于一周的住宿来说非常方便。酒店毗邻河畔，景色优美。我们有点困惑，以为酒店就在蒂弗顿，而不是隔壁的比克利小镇，不过如果你有车的话，这倒也不成问题。
这处房产非常破旧，淋浴漏水，而且发霉。楼下的厕所状况糟糕透了。整个房子都需要翻新。工作人员服务很好。尽管有风扇，卧室里还是非常非常热。
我们很喜欢桥和河的景色。霉味很重，桌子黏糊糊的。酒吧的员工非常友好。
