We did not stay had a family emergency and had to leave, never went in the room, and I just had a hip replacement and could not climb the stairs and the management only gave me a portion of the room charge back, they were not a bit giving in the situation.

The room was very basic and clean. Had a microwave and small refrigerator. The shower water pressure was good. The mattress on the bed was AWFUL. Like sleeping on a board. Because of this I recommend finding another motel.

It was ok
While overall the stay was ok.. there were a few issues.. one the tub would not fill up, two there were roaches crawling on the walls and three there were spiders crawling in room

Very clean. Nice but very cold feeling. No pictures. No table and chair to sit and eat. No heater in the bathroom. Just felt unfinished.

Quick check-in; plenty of parking and the room was easy to find. Convenient, clean, casual, can’t complain.

Very noisy, sirens, banging, running up stairs and across in front of rooms, car horns, traffic ALL night long. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The bedspreads are white, I don't know if they were very stained or just very dirty.
我在网上预订并全额支付了一张特大号床。老板和我之间有点不愉快。去年十二月，我妈妈出了急事（车祸），被空运到密苏里州的吉拉多角，然后又被空运到田纳西州的纳什维尔。我没能在退房时间赶回去。当时我没多想，纳什维尔离密苏里州有点远，我看到有个密苏里州布恩维尔的号码给我打电话，但我当时正在和医生谈论我妈妈的情况，没法接听。
老板大概打了第一百通电话（感觉上），我终于接了。他非常刻薄和咄咄逼人。我向他解释说我妈妈出了事故，正在手术中，我一有空就会赶回去把东西从房间里拿出来。他根本不在乎，说退房时间是上午11点，如果我下午2点前不出现，我的东西就会被扔到外面，他才不管东西会不会被拿走。我苦苦哀求，但他不为所动。
我没能赶到医院。我调转车头回到了汽车旅馆。
我大概下午6点到达，他气得火冒三丈。他根本不让我开口说一句话。最后我不得不大喊：“我要多少钱才能拿走我的东西？”他说要额外加收20美元。我别无选择，只好付了钱。他打开房间，我拿走我的东西，他告诉我以后别再来了。
现在是三月，我又回来了。我和我丈夫租了这间房。显然他还记得我。他说没有特大号床了。我问还有什么？双人房。还要多收6美元。我又一次别无选择，只好付了。
我不被允许进入办公室。显然他病了。我把我的银行卡和驾照给他。我和我丈夫到了房间，开始安顿下来，然后发现电视不工作。接着两只蟑螂跑过墙壁。只有一条毛巾，一块洗脸布。
（这简直无法接受）。我们俩都筋疲力尽，根本不想再和他争吵了。
那天晚上晚些时候，我醒来，意识到我把一些东西落在车里了。我走过一个窗帘开着的房间，竟然看到了一个特大号床！
我要退款，否则我会通知美国商业改进局（BBB）。
这在各个方面都太过分了。

人很好。外观看起来有点破旧，但房间非常漂亮干净，床也很舒服，附近有好几家餐馆。
