Only stayed for one night. Didn't get much sleep - noisy guests in the corridor and then there was a 7.30am fire alarm. Wouldn't stay there again, but would eat there and visit the pub. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Perfect ‘treat’ break … lovely pub/hotel. The weather was superb too! Room was everything we would put on a wish list (it was a great price on our budget so didn’t get church tower & high st views) but everything so easily walkable. Lots cafes restaurants but chose hotel as vg menu choice on a Sunday night! Thanks to all staff who were extremely accommodating & friendly. We will def visit again.

It was very convenient for chapel down wines where we had arranged a tasting and dinner. Parking was good.
The staff at the hotel were great.
We ate lunch there one day and dinner one night the food was very good and reasonable.
The cooked breakfast was excellent. My only criticism was the coffee there was only filter coffee available.

Clean and tidy, quite a few stairs to out room but all very comfortable and clean.

Comfortable quiet room with nice touch of coffee/tea etc and also some payable snacks. Nice big TV. Fluffy towels. Bath with overhead shower.

Staff was VERY helpful. There was a problem with the reservation through *******, only one bed in out room rather than two. They ended up giving us a second room free of charge. Really accommodating. Also free parking!
