Noise level - With continuous drilling in their basement they never allowed us to sleep. They did not allow the driver to use their place and they never bother to give even a blanket for the driver in the freezing cold. This in spite of my offer to pay the incidental expenses.

Extremely dirty washroom, slippery floors - like it has not been cleaned in months. The roof of the bathroom was leaking and dirty water flowing out. The linen had turned grey. We had to immediately book another hotel and shift mmediately. Couldn't bear to stay here.

Overall the stay was good. Staff were very supportive and helpful in accommodating our requests. The rooms were pretty spacious than other hotels in that locality and hygeine as well. Must recommend place to all my friends and family members

Overall decent to stay couple of days. Rooms are spacious but lacks character. No cozy chair. TV was not working occasionally. Rooms lacks air flow and dark. Bathrooms are ok slightly outdated. Free breakfast was below average

From booking to checkin the process was smooth and organised. Even the stay was comfortable, staff always made sure of it by supporting in the additional requirements. The rooms were well maintained and clean. One minor problem is that the breakfast is not a buffet spread but quantity wise it was good enough for one person to start a tiresomeday. Taste and packaging was also decent as it was a packed brekfast.

房间不是破损的，就是还没装修完。门上没有房号，我只好去服务台找工作人员，结果他直接让我自己瞎逛去找。这地方根本就是个工地。然后退房的时候，他们不知为何竟然问我要现金。

卫生状况不太好。地板上有灰尘堆积，淋浴设备生锈（淋浴头锈迹斑斑，导致我放弃了洗澡）。
额外收费。如果您通过旅行社预订，酒店却要求额外收费，请务必联系旅行社解决问题。
