After a week in Tropea we needed a change of peace and we couldn't have picked a better location than "Al Grande Gelso". Even before our arrival our host Genesio helped us to receive a package from Sweden and greeted us upon arrival in a welcoming manner. A nice spotless and air-conditioned room with presteen linnen bedding gave us comfortable night. Next morning we were greeted again by Genesio but also his sister Rosetta. Homemade marmelades, olivespreed, fresh bread and local meats is the standard breakfast after two days the homemade sausage with fennel is introduced, what a treat. The beach is a 3-5 min drive and you can choose to rent a beachchair or just go down and pick your own spot. The rooms are cleaned everyday . After a couple of dinner in town we oppted to buy local produce and some nice wine, eating and drinking to the sounds of the countryside. The WiFi was fast and worked well there was also a well sized fridge in the room. We gladly recommended this gem for both shorter as well as longer stays. We look forward to returning to Genesio and Rosetta.

Clean, safe and friendly, perfect place. Big bang for the buck. Genesio and Rosetta are perfect hosts. Local, homemade products enrich breakfast (ask for Rosetta's jams and marmalades). The place is spacious, with plenty of outdoor areas. Rooms are spick&span clean. Highly recommended.

我们在这家农舍住了几天，住宿加早餐。这里风景优美，绿树成荫。工作人员非常友善。厨房里的女士做的果酱非常棒，早餐也非常丰盛。房子很干净，每天都有房间清洁。真是太棒了。
