Es tut mir wirklich leid zu hören, dass du gleich bei zwei Aufenthalten solche Erfahrungen machen musstest – das ist absolut nicht der Standard, den wir bei Bob W. anstreben. 😔Sauberkeit ist für uns eigentlich selbstverständlich, daher ist es sehr hilfreich, dass du das so konkret beschreibst. Wir werden dein Feedback an unser Housekeeping-Team weitergeben, damit solche Dinge – von den Flecken bis zu den Haaren und Käfern – definitiv nicht mehr vorkommen. Auch die Flure und der Aufzugsbereich sollten natürlich einladend wirken, nicht abschreckend.Trotzdem freut es mich, dass du unsere zentrale Lage und die Parkmöglichkeit geschätzt hast. 靠近慕尼黑自由广场地铁站是一个优点。入住很方便。我们住的是202号房间，它正对着电梯，所以会有噪音。我们的房间临街，因此直到深夜都会有街上的噪音和来自Petit Fritz酒吧的人声喧哗。前台只说英语，这一点我不太满意。
停车是个问题，这原本是我选择这家酒店的主要原因。后来被告知停车位不能预订，只能根据空位情况分配。而且也没有详细说明如何才能获得停车位。看来以后可能会开放预订。
属于闹市区，出门方便。有地下停车库，但有时按铃没反应，
酒店是无人智能入住，环境不错但是智能系统操作很不方便。
其他都好，但是打扫卫生需要预约，而且只免费一次
非常推荐。
床超级舒服，热水淋浴也很棒。房间现代又干净。强烈推荐。
属于商务形式，空间不大，
对正大街，楼下是酒吧，夜晚有点嘈吵
唯一缺点是没有雪柜，想买点甜点或饮品都不能用
一切都好。
位置不错，房间也干净，但是没有工作人员。
我只想提醒你们一件事。
因为我们预订的是晚上 8 点入住，而我们提前在晚上 7 点 10 分到达，所以无法激活房卡。
如果系统是这样运作的，应该在预订时就明确说明，这样顾客才能对入住时间有更大的容忍度。办理入住时遇到这样的问题，实在令人不快。
我连续两次入住Bob W.酒店。不幸的是，两次都让我失望。就连通往房间的走廊都显得凌乱不堪，污渍斑斑，进电梯的第一印象更是令人震惊。两次入住，房间都脏乱不堪。
我很乐意为酒店的中心位置和停车位付费，但清洁是理所当然的。床单上的污渍、一团乱糟糟的头发，甚至房间里还有虫子——无论我怎么努力，都无法掩盖它。
