I recently stayed at this property and, overall, had a pleasant experience. However, there were a few issues. Prior to my arrival, I had requested for the couch to be set up as an extra bed. This request was approved by the receptionist, but unfortunately, the bed was not set up upon arrival nor was there left any extra bedding . Additionally, I encountered the housekeeping staff on several occasions. They did not return greetings, and on multiple instances, I overheard them having loud arguments—both inside the building and even from several floors away when they were outside. This was quite disruptive and took away from the otherwise peaceful environment of the property. The lift was super tiny and had to wait long time as housekeeping was moving around with vacuum cleaners etc . My dad is 80 years old so opted to wait for the lift as he did not feel like taking the stairs up to the fourth floor . Aside from these concerns, the rest of the stay was very enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained, and everything else met expectations.
