Yes but there is some issues in finding out the exact location of the hotel because of many branches of the same hotel but the hotel staff is very supportive.

It was pleasant stay, the most attractive thing was we saw the beauty of kanchanjunga from the terrace. Their service was pretty good. Check in and check out were smooth

We had a nice stay in this hotel dumitrl queensyard all staff were reallynice and helpful specially thanks service staff Sushmika ,Rahul, and Sovana and Chef Dichen, Ajay chef were very nice .Thank you everyone for ur help.

We had a nice stay in darjeeling Sumitel queensyard hotel and resort all staff are really cooperative and helpful . breakfast,dinner, Lunch are really nice delicious and room also very cozy.Thank you everyone special mis Sushmika,Sovana,Rahul,Diwakar for your service and help. Thank you we visit again.

It was really an exciting place to visit and perfect for staying when visiting darjeeling. The staff is really cooperative and decent. Overall it's an amazing experience.

非常糟糕的体验。没有比这更糟糕的了。整个房间都弥漫着真菌和霉菌的味道。床的头部休息区到处都是真菌，而且我到达时房间根本没有打扫过。吊扇是弯的。水壶盖坏了，马桶座圈坏了，玻璃水瓶的橡胶盖上满是黑真菌，味道很难闻。对讲机坏了。打电话给客房服务后不得不更换。早餐是在一楼的BLUE CHARCOAL餐厅吃的，我去拿白椰子酸辣酱做印度蒸米糕，却发现了小蟑螂，我打电话给负责的女士，她看到了并把它拿走了。后来我点了煎蛋卷，却发现她有一头长长的头发。这种酒店不应该提供这种服务。
我在大吉岭苏米特尔皇后庭院酒店（Sumitel Queen’s Yard，Sumi Yashshree Hotels旗下酒店）的入住体验极其令人失望，远低于预期。原本承诺的高端住宿体验最终却变成了一场令人沮丧的折磨。食物更是令人大失所望——无味、冰冷，而且显然并非新鲜烹制。就连基本的菜肴都做得很糟糕，服务也慢得令人难以忍受。工作人员非常不专业，对客人的担忧漠不关心。客人的要求要么被忽略，要么得到粗鲁的回应，丝毫没有热情好客的氛围。房间条件很差。床单污渍斑斑，浴室没有彻底清洁，预订时列出的几项设施要么损坏，要么干脆没有提供。管理层似乎不愿承担责任或提供解决方案。最令人失望的是酒店未能兑现承诺。我们承诺可以提前入住，并提供某些客房服务，但这些承诺均未兑现。当我们被问及时，工作人员只是耸耸肩，既没有解释，也没有道歉。这家酒店完全不符合大吉岭人对温暖和标准的期待。食物差，服务差，而且不守承诺——我强烈建议以后的旅行者避开这家酒店。绝对不值这个价，也不值得为此头疼。
2025年6月，我入住了大吉岭Sumi Qureen's Yard酒店。酒店位置靠近购物中心路。房间质量与价格不符。工作人员服务周到，乐于助人。
太棒了，我很喜欢住在这里。地理位置优越，人们热情好客，住起来很舒适。我会推荐这里。
