非常糟糕的体验。没有比这更糟糕的了。整个房间都弥漫着真菌和霉菌的味道。床的头部休息区到处都是真菌，而且我到达时房间根本没有打扫过。吊扇是弯的。水壶盖坏了，马桶座圈坏了，玻璃水瓶的橡胶盖上满是黑真菌，味道很难闻。对讲机坏了。打电话给客房服务后不得不更换。早餐是在一楼的BLUE CHARCOAL餐厅吃的，我去拿白椰子酸辣酱做印度蒸米糕，却发现了小蟑螂，我打电话给负责的女士，她看到了并把它拿走了。后来我点了煎蛋卷，却发现她有一头长长的头发。这种酒店不应该提供这种服务。

我在大吉岭苏米特尔皇后庭院酒店（Sumitel Queen’s Yard，Sumi Yashshree Hotels旗下酒店）的入住体验极其令人失望，远低于预期。原本承诺的高端住宿体验最终却变成了一场令人沮丧的折磨。食物更是令人大失所望——无味、冰冷，而且显然并非新鲜烹制。就连基本的菜肴都做得很糟糕，服务也慢得令人难以忍受。工作人员非常不专业，对客人的担忧漠不关心。客人的要求要么被忽略，要么得到粗鲁的回应，丝毫没有热情好客的氛围。房间条件很差。床单污渍斑斑，浴室没有彻底清洁，预订时列出的几项设施要么损坏，要么干脆没有提供。管理层似乎不愿承担责任或提供解决方案。最令人失望的是酒店未能兑现承诺。我们承诺可以提前入住，并提供某些客房服务，但这些承诺均未兑现。当我们被问及时，工作人员只是耸耸肩，既没有解释，也没有道歉。这家酒店完全不符合大吉岭人对温暖和标准的期待。食物差，服务差，而且不守承诺——我强烈建议以后的旅行者避开这家酒店。绝对不值这个价，也不值得为此头疼。

It was a nice stay in sumitel queens yard hotel in darjeeling all staff food was really nice room are really comfort and service staff area really friendly thank you Sushmika, sovana, Rahul and thank you chef for ur delicious food chef Dichen and Chef Vivek 🙂

The best hotel i ever seen . Stuff behaviour is too good and sovana, rahul and Sushmika are the best they gave goo care of us. We highly recommend this hotel for staycation. Food was really good.
