I had booked a luxury room and it turned out to be a complete mess that's why i did not even enter. I had given the room keys and came back. I did not enter the room.

There was small insects in the whole room the insects were in the bed also couldn’t sleep all night very bad experience (worst experience ever) if possible please provide refund

Washroom not hygene and room is not proper clean. Lobby area is not clean. Bedsheet is also dirty. I m not satisfy with hotel service worst experience

Hotel cancel-led our booking when we reached there. However customer care arranged us room in other hotel.

Poor quality service. Rooms are not maintained properly (poor hygiene. They switched off the ac also in early morning.

Hotel was not up to the Mark, Service was not Good, Hotel Staff was not Cooperative In India or in Outoff India when we Book a Hotel Complementary Water Bottle is given every Hotel For 20 Years Fist Time I have to pay for the complementary Bottle One Bottle was used by me and the Hotel Staff was claiming that I have taken three Bottle Hotel Staff were giving false Statement I will never go to the Hotel next time and also tell my Friend not to go there In the past 20 years of my travelling Fist time I am giving this time of Review
