Really disappointed with the new management at this previously welcoming hotel. We are long time costumers working locally for years and all of a sudden we feel unwelcome and the service is shockingly bad in comparison to how it was. We know there is a tragedy at the heart of the issue but still this place will become a shell of what it was if the current management is allowed to remove the warmth completely that was the norm here for so many years. We hope that something changes in the next wee while otherwise we will no longer visit the hotel and find other places to spend our recreational time. Please heed our words in some way because we do not want to stop coming but if we continue to feel unwelcome that will be the outcome! Thanks to all the staff who over the years have been so accommodating. :)

Sorry to see no vegetarian alternatives on the menu in 2022. Trondelag is supposed to be one of the biggest farmer districts in Norway and the only food offered in the Hotel is long distanse products except the Salomon and the oysters.

酒店房间很旧。
自助早餐周围有很多苍蝇。
房间里没有多余的毛巾或枕头。
显然插座也不够，因为从房间的一侧到另一侧有多达三根延长线。
一些工作人员在服务期间还使用外套/羊毛夹克。有点特别的mtp。细菌等
酒店乍一看还不错，但随着住宿时间的推移，情况明显恶化。 （总共22天，30位同事）房间四天后还没有打扫，在接待处提到这一点后，我们道歉了，房间将在第二天打扫。不幸的是第二天并没有发生。再次向接待处报告。第六天，房间终于完工了。酒店本身清洁得很差。 （公共厕所、走廊等）酒店非常吵闹，如果你的房间在厨房下面（包括 3 名同事），那么你就不走运了，因为他们会在凌晨 4:30 开始让锅子发出嘎嘎声。 。厨房很好，只要不太忙。因为如果太忙，质量很快就会变差，等待食物的时间可能会增加到一个多小时。在那里工作的人都很好而且乐于助人，所以这不是问题。总而言之，在与同事交谈后，对每个人来说都是一次糟糕的经历。大家也都觉得不符合三星级酒店。 签署，RNLAF
