We returned to this hotel for Easter 2025, we stayed for 4 nights. Everything was exceptional, the room, the cleanliness, the silence, the spa, the festive food for Easter. We felt very good and relaxed. Everything was great, we recommend it and we will come back soon

Everything was as expected and even beyond in some aspects. The staff is friendly and helpful. They all speak Romanian, Hungarian and English. The rooms are big enough and the cleaners are doing a good job. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was good and varied. The SPA is great but can be a bit crowded as it serves 3 hotels: Sovata, Bradet and Ursina. The parking is a bit crowded too but we found a parking spot - that costs 15 RON per day. Our daughter forgot her plush toy in the room and we found out too late, but the staff went above and beyond and sent it to our home through a fast courier service.

Very expensive, at 250 euro a night. Not a single day without having problems with the keys(cards). The staff at reception is nice(also the rest), but they are too few and you have to wait a lot to actually talk to one. Breakfast is ok, but dinner is very bad, and you only get water(this for 250e/night). The hotel is old(a bit renovated), but dirty. The elevator is slow, old, dirty and rusty. The rooms are ok, but still not very clean, and far from 4 stars. The shower is a joke, half of the nozzles are clogged and the other half go each one in its own direction. The parking isn't free(even at 250/night) and you cant really find one close to the hotel unless you are lucky. The pools are ok, but dirty. There are too few chairs. The door that leads outside is old, rusty and dirty. The windows are dirty and have spiderwebs on them. The bar at the pool has very few things to sell(nothing special, you find everything at any store) at very high prices(3-4 times the price of a supermarket). It's not worth more than 100 euros per night.

Regarding the price I would recommend you to make the reservation in time, because we work with flexible rates, which means that our rates are depending on the occupancy. In high season ( July and August) rates can be higher as usuall, but we have early booking ( with 20-30 % discount) or if you are flexible with the period, our reservation departament can offer you the best offer or advantageus periods. The parking situation is HORRIBLE. NOT enough parking for the guests staying at the hotel
