Very cozy little hotel with a lovely little wellness area with a fantastic view. We were lucky to have the wellness area all to ourselves for several hours in the morning before we were supposed to check out. Good breakfast, but not of the same standard as in larger hotels, which we also did not expect. We support sustainable operations and it is clear that you cannot dish up with a huge buffet when the hotel probably cannot accommodate more than around 40 guests at most. Check-in was a bit complicated, which is also evident in other reviews. I am not exaggerating when I say that there were over 20 emails from the hotel in total, before we had everything in order with room keys and parking. since we were traveling with two children we had to book two rooms and fill in a lot of duplicates. There must be a better system for an unmanned reception? But considering the price, which was very cheap, we are willing to accept a little bit of a problem. The rooms were of an ok standard, nice bathrooms and with a balcony with a lovely view. Minus the carpeted floors. We found no way to regulate the heat and since there was no air conditioning we had to keep the window open to get some proper air in. which made it at its coolest on this cold summer day. Nevertheless we give four out of five, as the price was so low that we feel we definitely got value for money despite some negative things.

It's called Residence Vyhlídka, not Zur Aussicht... Almost very good, as there was a potentially lethal accident that we escaped by a couple of minutes... The hotel itself is perfect, the rooms are spotless and of decent size, the pool (free) and the sauna (extra) are great, and the restaurant onsite (not run by the hotel) is excellent, good food at good prices, the breakfast is ok but a bit repetitive. Everything works by phone (checkin / keys / checkout) which might not be to everyone's taste, so the only staff you see are the cleaning ladies. For any request you have to call the reception at Hotel Omnia nearby... they answer the phone but never the emails! he tv cannot connect to the wifi properly. Now we had a problem because of the fast rising temperatures, our terrace was under a part of the roof where the snow had not melted yet and a chunk of ice of 20-30 kilos fell 5 meters onto our terrace, a couple of minutes after we sitting outside. This should have been taken care of earlier as someone coud have been killed. I called reception and someone came, taking even larger chunks off the roof.

Předem uvádím, že toto byla nejhorší zkušenost za posledních 15 let. Hotel co si hraje na 4 hvězdičkový. Charakteristika je – arogance, nezájem a snaha obrat klienty o co nejvíce peněz podvodným způsobem. Příklady – účtují si ceny, které neodpovídají tomu, co mají v menu. Hotel ani zdaleka neodpovídá 4 hvězdičkám. Výtah je z roku 1980 bez vnitřních dveří. Sauna nemá žádná lehátka, nikdy jsem neviděl saunu, kde jsou v prosklené části dveří mezery, takže Vám je zima, nemáte funkční kbelík se studenou vodou, a přesto po vás chtějí 35€ za hodinu. Menu restaurace je jiné venku, na webu a v restauraci. Když jsem se na to ptal, bylo mi řečeno, že se každý den mění. Úsměvné, jelikož po celý pobyt bylo menu v restauraci stále stejné a jednotvárné. Za nehoráznost považuji prodávat půl litru vody z vodovodu za 2€. Výrobní cena je méně než cent. V normálních restauracích v Rakousku (i hotelových) dostanete na stůl litr vody stejně jako dostanete příbor. Snídaně byla parodií na snídani. Ta odpovídala spíše ubytování v hostelu. Vajíčko, párek, oschlé palačinky (nejspíše rozmrazené) a ta nejlevnější krůtí šunka, na kterou můžete narazit. To bylo otřesné. Vrcholem všeho bylo, že při check-out po Vás chtějí zaplatit za bazén!! , za parkování (8€ za noc, přičemž pár metrů dál lze parkovat za 4€ na centrální parkovišti). Podotýkám, že nic z těchto cen mi nebylo sděleno ani při objednání, ani při příjezdu. Je to jen snaha vybrat zatajené poplatky. Provozovateli není v tomto ohledu nic cizí. Celkově varuji před návštěvou tohoto zařízení a když, tak doporučuji vše předem objasnit, a to nejlépe písemně. Zejména proto, že se nejedná o úplně levné ubytování. The sauna has no sunbeds, I've never seen a sauna where there are gaps in the glass part of the door, so you're cold, you don't have a functional bucket with cold water, and yet they want you for €35 per hour. The restaurant menu is different outside, on the website and in the restaurant. When I asked about it, I was told that it changes every day. Funny, because throughout the stay the menu in the restaurant was still the same and monotonous. I consider it outrageous to sell half a liter of tap water for €2.
