Stayed over Xmas December 2023 . First thing we had to do was clean the bathroom as hair everywhere on complaining nothing was done to rectify it . The food was awful apart from the breakfast but could of done with a better toaster as that was the only thing we ate. Our traditional English xmas dinner was terrible and the boxind day meal was even worse hence many people just left it and to make matters the waitresses never looked happy . We were really looking forward to this Xmas . It's a shame as the actual hotel is lovely. The rooms were very nice ( just not clean .) The restaurant and bar area are really nice .

房间宽敞，足够两名成人和一名儿童入住。员工友善，地理位置优越。可便捷搭乘滑雪巴士前往周边滑雪区。酒店楼下即是越野滑雪道。
这是基茨比厄尔附近非常不错的酒店！食物很棒！工作人员和酒店经营者都非常友善，在短途旅行方面总是平易近人！我们总是喜欢来这里！
奥拉赫不错的奥地利风格酒店。非常友好的工作人员和良好的服务。正宗的酒店和主厨亲手制作的美味佳肴。我们玩得很开心。强烈推荐…！！
