This is a great small B&B at the edge of Geneva on the lake , we stayed in the Boat house room for one night on a last minute getaway trip . Room is beautiful very clean , comfortable & nice layout . Breakfast delivered to room was delicious Quiche , steel cut oatmeal , fruit & banana nut bread . Restaurant on property was equally good was there on a Sunday evening so not full but it was a welcoming atmosphere, waiter & bartender were both very friendly good drinks & dinners were delivered timely and delish

This property has an amazing location with multiple patios to enjoy the views of the lake. I was impressed by the lovely gardens that surrounded the property. My friend and I purchased the girls' weekend package. We stayed in a 2-bedroom cottage which was plenty of space. The only downside is that the cottages are next to the street so there was some traffic noise. When we arrived, there was a tray full of desserts and a bottle of champagne. We then enjoyed a wine flight and cheeseboard at the restaurant, followed by dinner. Each morning, breakfast was delivered to the cottage in a basket. All the special touches really made the weekend memorable.

We had an excellent stay in the Lake Erie Suite, while a little overpriced, we did really enjoy the lake views from our 3 windows. The room has a funky layout shaped like an L, with a bedroom and sitting area in one part of the L, and a soaking tub and bathroom/shower in the other part. We liked it! Charming, more like a house rather than a hotel, so consider this when booking. Screens are comically small, but we spent little time watching TV. Friendly service. Grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was delivered each morning and was decent, nothing extraordinary, but fresh fruit was a nice touch, as were the bathrobes, and a Keurig. Had a great meal at Crosswinds.

A wonderful get-away. The lobby was a very nice place to have coffee and breakfast with a great view of the lake. The restaurant's food and wine selection were excellent. Only complaint would be that the 'memory foam' bed was not very comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay! Beautifully done inside and out. Codes ratger than keys was super easy and convenient. Reserved parking. Amazing breakfast included and delivered to our room. Definitely recommend staying here! We will be back!

Stayed in March so the area was quiet. The Inn was clean and comfortable. Checked in late so instructions were left for us as there was no staff. My only issue was some sort of motor running outside our room disturbed our sleep.
