Overall, my experience was disappointing. The property, food, and service fell short of expectations. If you’re looking for a premium stay and quality service, I would not recommend this hotel. It was poor overall.

The room was okay however the bathroom was very dirty and I contacted Treebo, one lady lady called muskaan called me and told she informed the front office manager to get the bathroom cleaned, I had been out and after I came back the BR was still same!

Suggest to improve the quality of the breakfast and also add white light to the room interiors sometimes the yellow light looks gloomy. Otherwise it's very spacious and value for money. Also I feel amenities like brush and soap can be added

Staff is polite and responsive. Staff was quick in every request that we made. Also rooms are clean and hygiene maintaned. We stayed for 4days and it was good stay. It's accessible for hotel, bus stand.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. All needs and wants were catered to by the hotel staff who were extremely courteous and responsible. The only issue that I faced throughout my stay was with respect to hygiene - cockroaches and used tissues & garbage under my bed. Would appreciate if hygiene can be strictly looked into and corrected.
