By far the worst experience I’ve ever had . The 1st Sonder property we were surprised with maggot looking bugs all in the tub and around the baseboards . Called customer service only to get help after going bk and forth for over 2 hours . Moved Us to Sonder French quarter to a room that looked as tho it was under construction . Had a thousand what looked like bullet holes in every wall . Customer service was no help and neither was Marriott ! 10/10 do not recommend

Our Sonder New Orleans stay was disappointing — frustrating check-in with a non-working access code, poor customer service, and only one washcloth provided for a two-bedroom unit.

Great hotel in a central location,very close to Canal street and adjacent to Bourbon Street.Hotel decorated in Industrial chic,polished cement floors,exposed wooden beams and brick walls.Spacious apartment with three bedrooms,All amenities,washing machine,dishwasher,refrigerator,TV. Spotlessly clean .Excellent! However if you stop off for a quick coffee in the Dovetail Bar in the same building, which I hasten to add ,has different ownership, ,lose the will to lve while you wait to be acknowledged and served.

优点-安全的公寓酒店（使用类似于 Airbnbs 的电话或代码）3 间卧室/2 间浴室。适合家庭入住（不是派对酒店）如果您需要更多，他们会在单元内和走廊尽头放置洗碗机和洗衣粉。靠近圣路易斯公墓，附近的 1 号 Backatown 咖啡馆有很棒的咖啡。缺点需要 USB，都是普通的美国插座-我建议一个充电站（或自带一个）游泳池很小，12 英尺 x 8 英尺，我们只使用了两次-我们是在七月去的，所以天气很热，有些日子人满为患。（看起来不是那么干净😬）注意边缘，因为它是金属的，你会烫伤自己家具最好保养（灯和风扇）客厅里可以放更多家具。仅供参考，它位于新奥尔良正在振兴的部分，只有付费停车场。我们选择了 Lyft 和 Uber。Sonder 有一个有趣的功能，那就是 24/7 全天候聊天，如果您有任何需要，只需使用一次即可要求更多的洗衣粉
202单元太棒了！干净、舒适的床，很喜欢步行到餐馆的距离。喜欢进入的安全密码。我们感到非常安全，因为这是我们第一次来到诺拉！我们乘坐优步去法国区，司机都很棒！我们把车停在警察局旁边的付费停车场，车子很好。步行几个街区就到了。一点也不差。会再次入住！
