It was well worth the money and comfort. The guests were loud both days which was annoying but after you're in your room, you tune it out

Staff was excellent & very helpful. Room was very nice but the bathroom was dirty, not cleaned. The parking situation was AWFUL!! Had to park over a block away after I paid for parking the connected parking lot but it was already full. Not a good experience there at all.

酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback. Since we're downtown, the only parking offered through the hotel is our valet service, and other lots, including the connected Glass City Center garage, are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The room was very clean! The staff was very friendly! The venue that we were attending was attached to the hotel which made it really nice because we didn't have to take our coats to the concert. The lobby bar was really cool! And the option of having a continental breakfast for a additional amount was a great!
We definitely will be going back there!
