I am sorry to hear the shuttle was fully booked, we unfortunately only have a 6 seated shuttle so it can get very busy. I do apologise for the inconvenience. I am also sorry you were not aware of the children swimming times, this is on the website and your welcome letter so we will have a look into how we can show this further. This is most definitely not our usual standard. Regarding the breakfast charge, all rooms now do include a continental and guests can add on a cooked breakfast as they wish. Fantastic location right on the beach. Really nice people. Nice touch having the complimentary gin in the room. Included continental breakfast adequate but not brilliant. Room service unpredictable with certain items not being replaced (e.g. no brown sugar, limited milk cartons and no flannels on one day). Also, room not serviced until late afternoon on one day. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and would consider another Harbour hotel.

Nice room, comfy bed, helpful staff. Sadly there was an unpleasant smell of boiled fish in the staircase and along the corridors. One lift remained broken the entire week, no signs of repair. Breakfast was bleak. Scarce food on the buffet table and sparse tiny crockery. Priced at luxury but sadly not delivering at the same level.

Staff most helpful, but had to wait ages for food, 1.1/4 hrs for one course, then I thing they forgot the second, after reminding them it was still ages coming.
Sat watching the sea in full sun, black dark when we finished our dinner!

Nice but sadly not excellent as expected
Ok, location exceptional, staff friendliness was the best we have experienced, really great, rooms were nice with the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in. Then it comes to food, sadly no where near what you would expect for this priced property, could not get an English breakfast right despite returning 3 times meaning finning apart on a couples break, quality was poor and hit that you actually have to pay more on top of your room rate, the evening meals were poor although only dined once but was not prepared to try a second time, all in all a nice break but need some serious overhaul in the kitchen, one last thing try to avoid rooms 1-8 as the corridor has a drainage issue, not pleasant to wake up to at over £400 a night
