Everything about our stay at the Selywn was perfect, the breakfast choice was very varied and all delicious.

We have enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Selwyn - the hotel is perfectly located for access to Richmond and the station, the rooms are clean and very well decorated, however the standout is the staff who are lovely and welcoming. We want to especially thank Kelly the receptionist who was kind enough to upgrade our room and also left a birthday card in our room which was such a thoughtful touch! The general manager is also very friendly and attentive and both went out of their way to make our stay memorable. This has become our go to hotel for when we stay in London and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others!

我和丈夫预订了一间“经典房”，网站上的照片看起来很漂亮，也足够两个人住。但实际上房间非常小，衣柜门甚至都打不开，衣服都挂不上！停车位也很小，而且他们经常超额预订，所以当你到达时，根本找不到停车位。我们不知道酒店就在希思罗机场的航线下方，所以每天早上4点就被吵醒。以后不会再来了。
窗帘坏了，外面的光线照进来很多，我根本睡不着。
淋浴门在使用时会滑开，我不得不一直用手扶着它。
虽然我淋浴时一直用手按住淋浴门，但水还是从角落里涌出来，把整个浴室的地板都淹了。
试试把脚伸进水里去上厕所吧，那可不好受。
古隆先生人还不错。其他员工……就一般般吧。
我去年也住过401房间，当时也是这样。哈哈，千万别住401。
这栋楼相当老旧，窗户老化且漏水。隔音效果差。除此之外，外观看起来还不错，尤其是接待处和入口。工作人员友好且乐于助人。清洁工作有些不足，可能是合同工（外来人员）做的。
