Was a nice hotel but not disabled friendly, no lift to the floor, stair access only and only 1 towel in the bathroom, they should check how many guests are staying and add towels accordingly. Otherwise it was a nice place.

From my initial booking & arrival through to our departure 2 nights later both my wife & I were treated with the utmost respect, care & understanding as we are both in our late seventies having booked an accessible wet room we were called 24 hours before our arrival to inform us the room was unsuitable to a problem with the bathroom door, anyway Jay who rang me was so caring in her attitude and informed me of our options and offered us a relocation to Teesside or a low bath we took the low bath. The room no 11 was spotless both bedroom & bathroom. As a point of interest we had our first breakfast at the Wetherspoons though a couple of £££ cheaper than Premier Inn suffice to say we did not have breakfast there on our second morning we paid the couple of £££ extra for the Premier Inn breakfast & it was outstanding. Once bitten twice shy. BIG thank you to Jay & all the team for an outstanding stay. Ken & Marie Room 11

The hotel is under refurbishment which is fine but the builders rubble was all over the car park. The system was down on arrival which delayed check in. The cistern in the bathroom was noisy all night, regularly waking me up. To cap it all, the bed sheets had stains on them. God knows what. Only paid £63 but I’d rather have paid double and not have to put up with this dross. My friend had to change his room because his stank to high heaven of smoke. The whole place was awful. Don’t go.

Great staff, Laura and Tory are a great double act. Clean room and the breakfast was really good, would recommend this hotel.

I stayed 4 nights with 4 work colleagues , we all had breakfast every day and enjoyed it . Would have been even better if restaurant was open at time of our stay but hey ho , staff gave us some nearby eating places to try and we enjoyed them , staff was Laura and Tory really helpful and friendly big thankyou. We are back next week and looking forward to it.

Check in was good, car park plenty of spaces, room was clean and bed comfortable as expected at this.hotel chain. Unfortunately this time I visited the brewers fayre pub attached to the hotel was undergoing renovations so there was no bar or food in the day.

I stay in a lot of Premier Inns for business and holidays. I usually have a decent experience. This week, Preston Farm was a disaster. Two nights in a room with a broken shower. The next in a room with cold water only. Glad to have a warm shower on the 4th evening.

Really enjoyed our stay with this premier inn as I’ve had a few bad experiences with other stays at other locations rooms spotless and bed very enjoyable to sleep on,breakfast was a joy although it was very busy Taylor and Chloe handled it very well will definitely be staying again. Would definitely recommend more staff with it being so busy.
