我们探亲时来这里住过几次，以前感觉还不错，但现在情况每况愈下。酒店和餐厅都急需翻新。我们116号房间的淋浴几乎不能用，只有从中间喷头滴滴答答流出来的水，而且喷头坏了，无法调节。风扇完全坏了，但这也很正常，上次我们住的时候（另一个房间）也是这样。大概这就是为什么人们不得不把浴室门敞开，从而触发烟雾报警器的原因吧。WiFi一如既往地很差，不得不不断登录。所有Premier Inn酒店都会发生这种情况，为什么？不得不向酒店要水杯，但现在水杯已经不再是标准配置了。酒店的优点是床很舒服，房间干净，前台工作人员友好热情。我们吃了一顿熟食早餐，但味道很糟糕。是自助的。本来不错的食物都被冷水毁了，每样东西都是冷的——香肠、培根、鸡蛋、薯饼、蘑菇。烤面包机只烤了一面，所以面包得重新放进去，结果烤出来已经焦黄了。这家餐厅简直糟透了。软垫长椅的馅料都露了出来，家具脏兮兮的，需要更换。我觉得我们不会再去了。可惜的是，这些评论竟然没人回复，显然他们根本不在乎。

提前打电话预订相邻房间，这应该不是问题，所以预订了房间。抵达前一天打电话被告知这现在是一个问题，并且已经预订给了另一个家庭。好吧，这些事情会发生。房间 1 有一个吵闹的风扇，所以在凌晨 3 点，3 人团体被转移到相邻房间的一半的新房间。啊，所以他们相邻的房间被分配给单个预订。很棒的客户服务。同时，在另一间房间，热得难以忍受，但是打开窗户，酒吧排气扇的噪音也让我们无法入睡。不是来自酒吧常客的噪音，而是来自持续不断的排气扇。第二晚，房间 2 被转移到酒店后面的房间，那里安静得多，但意味着一家人被分成两个房间，成年人互相发消息不是我们计划的周末旅行，我们知道，如果我们交谈过的人安排了相邻的房间，这些都不会发生。如果您需要一间相邻的房间，酒店只有一间，您可能会得到它，或者他们可能会将一半分配给另一个家庭，而另一半空着，客户服务很差。

After long journey from London i arrived late into the night and waited 40min to check in. Firstly room i was provided lock didn’t work and we couldn’t open the door so receptionist tried her best to sort another room but it took around 40 minutes. Once another room was sorted, the constant noise from bathroom extractor was so loud that i couldn’t sleep… it was terrible experience. Made a official complaint and waiting for outcome.

Had a room which faced the A19 which can be noisy with traffic so I would advise light sleepers to get a room which did not do this. Everything else in the room was great bed super comfy. great value in getting the meal deal for anyone on an overnight stay evening meal was lovely only criticism of breakfast is that the hot food should have been kept warmer than what it was.

Its in the middle of nothing but I love that!! Mel was fantastic on the front desk and went above and beyond!! The room was big spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was good but hardly any left when we went at 10 and could stand to wait for it to be refilled but what we did have was nice!!

The staff were very friendly and extremely busy . The hotel seemed tired and run down. The room was vey dated but clean the pillows smelt and we asked for replacements but they did not seem fresh smelt very musty. The restaurant and bar was very busy. The staff were so organised and helpful. The seating area in the restaurant… the coverings in the seating was split at more than one table and the foam from the seating was spilling out and looked unsightly.
