Everything was great . They even left me a birthday treat , when i got back to the room , i was blown away. It was well appreciated.

Everything was fantastic. From arrival to departure. All staff was attentive. I loved that they took initiative to assist me whenever I had a look of being lost … which is often … I am 70.
So I appreciated the care and attention at the front desk, in the breakfast and in the room. Thank you all so very much and see you soon!!!

The room was clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious.
A more fragrant and less industrial-smelling shower gel would have been nice. However, that was no deal breaker for me.

酒店位于阿尔布鲁克购物中心内，地理位置绝佳，如果您以购物为目的，这里将是您的理想之选。我原以为早餐选择会比较有限，但实际上我吃到的几样都做得非常精致美味。这次旅行唯一让我感到不满意的是，我在淋浴间滑倒了，因为地板太滑了。虽然没有受重伤，但确实很惊险。我向前台报告了此事，他们询问我是否需要就医，并送了我一块防滑垫。我很感激酒店在我摔倒后提供的周到服务。我以后肯定还会再次入住，也希望酒店能改进一下浴室设施，提升整体入住体验。
这家酒店干净整洁，维护良好（除了窗户，外面看起来很久没洗了）。地理位置优越，是购物爱好者的理想之选，但不太适合深入体验当地文化。不过，喜欢冒险的客人可以搭乘与购物中心相连的地铁探索这座城市。酒店员工彬彬有礼，穿着时尚。我们建议北美游客不要选择Canal餐厅的自助早餐，那里人多嘈杂，食物温吞吞的，而且价格偏贵。不妨前往酒店附近（购物中心内）的Café Met小食柜台。那里的食物美味可口，咖啡香醇可口，价格也合理。总之，这家酒店非常适合短期停留，例如转机过夜。您会睡得很好，服务也无可挑剔。
