Clean room, fresh towels left at our door each day since we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Cleaning staff gave us great ideas of places to eat! Location of hotel for our trip was great for our adventures. Also the email follow up where great. Overall service, location, and price, we would stay there again.

Not a 4 star hotel. There was a smell to the hallway and room, bed spread was dirty or had a stain, pillows too soft that your head lays flat with the pillow puffed up around your ears and rubbing on them…kept waking me up, dirty shower curtain, room door spot painted with a different color paint instead of painting the whole door. A 3.5 star hotel, not 4. Not worth the extra money. I could have stayed at another 3.5 star hotel withe the same cleanliness for cheaper, with leas of a walk to the room and closer to main streets, so less travel time too. If you’re in the area or want a hotel away from the hustle and bustle, it’s a good place to stay.

Hotel was very nice, very convenient! The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. They were very responsive and helpful regarding special requests for check in times.
One think I would say is that the outside of the grounds doesn’t seem to match the exquisite inside.
干净舒适，凭房卡能自由取水，咖啡和小食，免费。酒店自带餐饮。停车场很大，免费，比其它Toledo的酒店大方多了。
超预期，850不到的价格订到的，含早。酒店很新，环境安静，在一个大学的分部旁边。5分钟就是一个小小的社区中心，有各种restaurant还有Walmart。
暖气足，热水足，反应快。早餐是menu的，每人一份，足够。
总体真的非常棒

抵达时，工作人员非常友好。工作人员非常友善，但当我回到房间时，床枕头上弥漫着汗臭味。浴室里有头发，马桶也不干净。最糟糕的是，我入住5分钟后，有人打开了我的房间门。
我太喜欢这家酒店了，比我们去过的几家酒店都要好。真希望酒店能有个热水浴缸，但我们房间里确实有按摩浴缸。楼下的餐厅也很棒。泳池有点冷，但大小合适。

这地方真的很棒，离托莱多医学院设施很近，环境清幽。真的非常干净整洁。服务台的女士们超级友好！泳池和健身房看起来也很棒。
