We stayed here for 4 nights, and the service was top notch. Check-in was smooth & the receptionist who checked us in was friendly & helpful. Our room on the 3rd floor was a little warm and we have asked for a fan to be placed in the room. The night duty manager Mr Naman really went out to make us feel comfortable by offering us a room on the 2nd floor which has air-conditioning and we took it. We really appreciate his kind gesture. Mr Naman also recommended us places to visit & the nearest mall we could go. Also thank you to the lady (hotel saloon) who did our hair & make-up for a wedding event, she was fabulous! Thank you! Highly recommend!
酒店周围几乎是荒芜人烟，购物不太方便。但服务还是不错的 酒店里还有餐厅营业到晚上十一点。房间还算干净吧 但没有车子的话非常不便。
我们只在这家酒店住了一晚。酒店的设施给我们留下了深刻印象，但遗憾的是，我们对酒店非常失望，因为我们遗落了一件物品，而工作人员却说找不到，这根本不是事实。
首先，位置太差，很难叫到Uber；其次，服务态度很差，我退房晚了几个小时，他们居然收了我一整天的房费；食物还行，但是贵得离谱。
前台、客房服务和餐厅员工的服务都非常好。酒店干净整洁。
住宿体验很棒，非常干净，员工服务也非常好。
