She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and kept the timeline perfectly on track. His coordination skills are top-notch. Naman was exceptional, he went above and beyond in everything he did. He was constantly in touch to ensure everything is going smoothly. I am grateful for the support received, especially during one of the biggest events of my life (my wedding). He clearly takes pride in job and it clearly shows. The rooms were clean and very modern. The housekeeping and Dining Team were good and helpful, when required.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and the service was top notch. Check-in was smooth & the receptionist who checked us in was friendly & helpful. Our room on the 3rd floor was a little warm and we have asked for a fan to be placed in the room. The night duty manager Mr Naman really went out to make us feel comfortable by offering us a room on the 2nd floor which has air-conditioning and we took it. We really appreciate his kind gesture. Mr Naman also recommended us places to visit & the nearest mall we could go. Also thank you to the lady (hotel saloon) who did our hair & make-up for a wedding event, she was fabulous! Thank you! Highly recommend!

首先，位置太差，很难叫到Uber；其次，服务态度很差，我退房晚了几个小时，他们居然收了我一整天的房费；食物还行，但是贵得离谱。
前台、客房服务和餐厅员工的服务都非常好。酒店干净整洁。
