The hotel was clean, staff friendly and conveniently located by the highways. The towels and pillows were low quality. The mattress is okay. The Hamilton Inn in Lee’s Summit is more comfortable with better pillows, towels and mattress. We will be going back there in the future.

This property. as clean and the breakfast ad gluten-free options. We needs a wheelchair accessible room and the reservation did not have that marked but the staff worked to accommodate us even on a very busy day.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The pool was clean and open. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. I highly recommend! The area around the hotel was pretty barren as far as things to do and places to eat, but they are building, so soon to come.

Clean room. Nice staff. Good Breakfast. Loud next door neighbors who fought verbally and physically (VERY loudly), played loud music, slammed the door from 1 am - 3 am. I called the front desk and he came up briefly, never confronted them or solved the problem and left. I barely got any sleep. I wish there would have been more of a resolve there.

The only complaint that I have is the bed is way too hard and the pillows were absolutely horrible! It was like not having a pillow at all.

This has been by far the best hotel stay i have ever had. There were plenty of electrical outlets in the room, the rooms were clean and spacious, good breakfast, but what stood out the most wasthe hospitality of the staff. Everyone i encountered was extremely nice and friendly. If i come vack to this area i will definitely stay here again.
