Staff was nice and room was clean. Walls were so thin I could hear next room over talking and the tv. There was constant slamming of doors. Breakfast was a very small selection.

That was the fastest check in I’ve ever had. Thanks you. The staff was very nice and the room was very clean. The breakfast had good options.
酒店离肯塔基大学很近，开车就几分钟路程。免费停车，停车位很多。一楼大堂24小时免费提供咖啡和热水，有一些可供休息和工作的空间，还有游戏机。
除了垃圾桶里有蚂蚁，一切都还不错。还有一个女的让她的狗没栓绳子乱跑，结果我的狗被攻击了。我的狗的耳朵照片就在附件里。那个女的把她的狗抓住了，但狗又挣脱了。我打电话反映了蚂蚁的问题，但他们只是说记下了。
很不幸，我们对列克星敦大学医疗中心希尔顿Tru酒店的入住体验非常失望。酒店在网上看起来很不错，但实际情况与预期完全不符。从办理入住到退房，工作人员似乎都很混乱且缺乏培训——我们不得不反复说明或催促，才能办好一些基本的事情。
房间本身还行，但不太干净，也不太舒适。感觉更像是一家经济型汽车旅馆，而不是希尔顿旗下的酒店。噪音也是个问题，而且空间布局让人觉得很局促。
我们对这次入住抱有很高期望，但遗憾的是，它在很多方面都未达标。绝对不会再来了。
离市集和各种美食选择都很近，距离联合王国（UK）大约1英里。

这绝对是我住过最好的酒店之一。我在Trip.com上预订的另一家酒店在我入住时没电了，所以我临时匆忙预订了这家。工作人员和设施都非常出色。每个人都很乐于助人，也很友好。房间非常舒适。我肯定会再次预订。
选择不多，但是基本上没有什么很差的地方，但也不出彩。基本满意。
