Courtney in the front was great very helpful and professional. She helped me resolved an issue I had with my reservation. Great place and very clean.

Friendly staff; nice room. On the first night when they were fully booked, our shower didn’t get hot only warm but the rest of the days it was fine.

Yes breakfast was fresh parking was safeish. There was no Hot water for three days was told 2 of those days it was "noted".

This is a new property and we've stayed here twice the staff is super friendly and helpful the rooms are very comfortable and clean brand new amenities. The breakfast is superb every day. Can't recommend enough that it's close to everything the highway, dining experiences it's a really nice hotel and they remembered us each time we've been there which is now been twice for a number of days. Housekeeping brought us fresh towels and pillows as we requested. I can't say enough about Courtney at the front desk she's super nice and Donna and housekeeping his been a joy we will stay there again when we're in Cincinnati to visit family.

Housekeeping never cleaned our room over a 3 night stay. Limited towels and no sheet that fit the pullout sofa. Staff was friendly but had limited resources to help with lack of linens. This was rated a 9.0. More like a 7.6. Okay area but felt a little sketchy. Property is newer.
