I stayed in this Hotel 15 years ago, then it was too good and breakfast was lavish. This time when I checked in on 3rd Dec(Booked through Agoda) it was the worst Hotel from Room Cleanliness to amenities. Water was leaking from taps..Washroom was not sanitised. I went to a social function and came around 12.15 am Gates were closed and no security person was available. I had to search for their phone no's and after 5 mins they opened the main entrance gate. Still manageable with little patience you can let it go. But the worst part is no hot water in the washroom not even at 8.30 am in the morning which delayed all my day meetings. Breakfast was also very limited with only 2/3 options and I ordered Omelette with Bread but they were out of stock on Bread...So this time it was blunder staying in M1.

Rooms were average and not mantained
Breakfast was over at 9.30 with left overs left to eat . No one including the manager had not clue and we had to leave without eating .
But getting the bills ready took no time and was the fastest .

Properties Food was Good and stay was comfortable and location was peaceful and facilities are all Good. Over all very Good stay.

We booked 2 executive rooms, the rooms were ok but extremely used. The rooms gave the feel of average and next super luxury. But I would say the rooms were spacious. Overall I would rate 3 out of 5
