The property was not worth the price. Rooms were tiny, there was seepage on walls, bathroom lock wasn't working and everything was worn out.
Only good thing about the stay was the friendly and cooperative staff. They were really making an effort to give a seamless experience.

One of the best hotel in Amritsar near to everything ,very cooperative staff friendly atmosphere must visit neat and clean hotel. Just 500 myers away from Golden temple reception staff at night he is very active Tarun ji good to go once thanks 😊

One the best hotel in town the experience we excellent must visits the staff is very professional service we good meal we mind blowing near to golden temple n to the bus stand n market try to visit once u reach Amritsar great great just great hotel wow!!!

We arrived late early morning around 4am due to dense fog . There were no staff , had to call them to get us room . Even though room was paid first they where so no reservation when showed them the paid confirmation still they where giving hard time for check in . Next morning again asking for payments .

The staff was very good and very well dressed and out of all hotels tarun ji at front desk was the only one in the Rea who could convince us to stay at dua grand and it was 12 in the night and the staff was very well attending guests and the rooms were very clean also

Ambience ws nice we all had a great time food quality ws good n hygienic as well near to all important areas n Street ,great service n staff must recommend hotel with family n friends . Near to darbar sahib 500 mtrs only ,add ur next trip to Hotel Dua Grand

The bed sheets was not clean. Next day they changed bed sheet and that was not dry properly after they wash it was wet still we have taken there are lot off spots on bed sheets.
