Terrible Customer Service
Our linens had dried up blood on them. We were locked out of our room due to the keypad battery being dead, and were locked out of our room for over an hour with our 11 month old child. The staff who was there after 10PM on Friday night was very rude and disrespectful about the situation.

Jessica scicchitano was the manager of staff. She was able to provide an early check-in, even earlier than requested. Hotel is quiet, clean and perfect walking distance for bourbon and beyond festival.
Tia was out shuttle driver also fantastic.

We were in town for the Run 4 Roses tournament so the location was very convenient. All the staff were very friendly and helpful in any way. Gave 4 stars for around the property because the view around the pool isn't the best. But, we will definitely be staying here for the tournament next year.
