The location is good, No restaurant or parking, Only On order Dinner was served in the room. Breakfast they said will be served after 08:30 hrs as I had ordered at 8 am, prepaid during booking. At 08:50 I was told No Breakfast available. lost my cool and told them to see you in court. Went to reception, told them why did you charge me for Bfast when Not served. Some discussion took place and they told me within 10 mts we will serve you. They did serve, Poori was good but stale Long gourd curry was given. since I was getting late during checkout I asked for an invoice of my food which they refused, charged me Rs. 290/- in a Pvt Account. I had to pay only for Dinner but was charged even for Breakfast and refused to give any Bills. I made a mistake staying here , normally I stay in Hotel Ballerina, for a change I was cheated.

the hotel is very centrally located, staff is polite and cooperative, rooms are big and maintained, food is ok.

overall, it is recommended for business stays....

Room was good at reasonable price. But the mattress and the quilt were dirty. If the staff can maintain cleanliness especially on mattress, pillows and blanket that would be great.

Room was good, but other services were very bad. Like no breakfast provided (while my stay was inclusive of breakfast. No hot water was coming in the taps till 7am, and a dirty service tray given when food was ordered

Great experience. Loved the hospitality. Rooms and sanitary were hygienic. They provided free parking for our vehicle. Food was pretty good. The behaviour of the staff was polite.

The front office service was friendly, and the hospitality and cleanliness were good. However, the telephone in the room was not working so every time i had to go to the counter myself for order and the smart tv was decorative only. Despite these issues, i felt safe and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant.
