We stayed at SKS grand palace for 2 nights recently. It was a great experience.The rooms are spacious, clean with all the amenities. The staff and the reception is very good. The restaurant is very good with good food. I all, very good place.

SKS grand is a fraudster. Staff is very ill mannered and rude. Very poor staff. Don't recommend to anyone. They don't return money after cancellation within the time period. Keep making excuse for money revert. Also desk staff treat customer ill mannered and use foul language over phone call if asked for money.

the owner and of course unhappy staff ruin business. On the first night when we arrived they had blaring music going on due to NYE, which was fine for us. We called up reception and enquired at 8:30pm how long will this music go on for and they said till 12am, we were ok with this as it was NYE and it’s understandable. We didn’t get hot water in our room for the whole night. We asked them several times to come and check and finally at 9:30pm after a few requests someone came and said they will send the electrician, we waited till 10:30 pm but we never saw the electrician that first night. We had to use cold chilled water from taps on a winter night. We asked for towels as there were no towels in both of the rooms we booked. The person came and handed 4 towels to me, so then I have to walk to the next room we had booked and hand the towels to my parents. I didn’t complain but did it. We had requested extra mattress for bedding in both rooms. 1 room had it arranged and our room didn’t have it. So we called up again and they came and gave a mattress with a sheet. I asked to bring a blanket, extra sheet and pillow for bedding as how can we sleep on it without this, our other room also didn’t have a pillow, sheet and blanket. So i called and said to send it for both rooms. The same guy again came and gave me all the sheets, blankets, pillows etc for both room as if i am a house keeper and not a guest. I got frustrated but didn’t say anything and handed the other bedding set to my next room. Both the rooms were next to each other. I then saw the towels he had given us earlier were all wet, had dirty hand prints and dirt and ear wax kind of things stuck to them. I called up reception again and asked to swap towels. We were uncomfortable by 9:30pm by everything going on plus as this music was so loud that our doors and windows were vibrating throughout and we couldn’t sleep or rest or talk. Plus room was above their kitchen so we could hear all loud banging utensils, cooker whistles going on from 10pm till 1pm and again from 7am cooker and utensils started. By 12pm the loud music had not stopped and we waited till 12:15, we called up reception politely to ask can they turn down the volume or turn it off. They said yes and nothing changed for another 15 mins. We called up again at 12:30 and again politely said to turn it down or off, they said yes but nothing changed for 10 mins. I went down by 12:45am and the staff ignored me. I was talking to them to ask about music and they kept looking away or talking to other guests or eachother. Finally i had to raise my voice to get their attention. They then went and turned down the music. There was no refund or no compensation for our most horrible first day here. Next day we asked to change room due to showering in cold water, and we got the room across the hallway. We still could hear kitchen noises. Food in the buffet here is substandard, you can’t call it continental breakfast. There is ut

A comfortable stay with good food. Rooms are well maintained. Convenient location of hotel with nearby temples to visit. We get excellent service from staff. I would definitely recommend and revisit SKS Grand Palace in my future visit. Overall good experience.

食物很棒,服务热情周到。最重要的是,泳池很干净,在外面气温41度的情况下,水还是凉的。一如既往地令人惊叹和心旷神怡的体验。
