The food , services and the property absolutely 5 star and you no need to travel to any hill point to see the view. You can also enjoy heated swimming pool with the view towards mountains 🤩 Iam definitely coming back for this view and hospitality again with my family!

Truly Incredible! 😍 First Impressions - The approach road to the hotel is fairly steep and makes you work before you get to enjoy the most pristine hospitality across the mountains. Once in your room, you enjoy the beautiful view of the valley. A balcony to sit and relax. The food is nothing short of brilliant stuff plus they have a 24by7 kitchen with decent number of options, not commonly seen. The hotel organises various activities to engage the tourists, all you need to do is pick up the phone and ask. The Staff - Anything said will be short of the exemplary team work they have to offer. Chef Bipan from the restaurant, were super supportive and accommodated our requests to ensure sumptuous taste. Manager Mr. Vijay Sharma is doing nothing short of excellent, pays attention to little details to ensure a memorable stay for their guests.

Our stay at Justa Cliffend Mashobra , Shimla was just perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. From the moment we checked in, the reception staff made us feel so welcome with their warmth and traditional Himachal styled welcome.. The entire team was polite and attentive — we didn’t face even the slightest discomfort during our stay. A special shout-out to the reception and restaurant team — Vijay Sharma ,Indra,Vinod , Tarun , Jitender ,Palak and a few others whose names I might be missing. They were all so thoughtful and made sure every request was taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious and customized perfectly to our taste! The room service team also deserves appreciation for being prompt, efficient, and always delivering with a smile. Everything was handled so smoothly and with great attention to detail. Overall, it was one of our best experiences — calm, comfortable, and filled with genuine hospitality. Truly a worthy 5-star experience!
