This was a nice hotel to stay at. I found it to be clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I needed something like extra towels or toilet paper. I think the breakfast area could use a little improvement, but other than that I would stay here again. We were happy with it. Also, the parking lot had plenty of spaces and it was well lit up for nighttime.

I stayed here for business. It's a great place to stay for an extended period. There are numerous nearby shopping and dining options, as well as a clean, safe, and quiet hotel environment. Will definitely stay there again for my future trips.

A little disappointed. Toilet needed to be flushed, then we were out of conditioner and slow tub drain.
Very pleasant staff offered to change room but we were settled.

Nice Room!
Our stay was very nice and relaxing. The room was spacious and clean. We will plan to return to Fairfield Inn and Suites at Martinsburg, WV. Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, quiet, and modern.
