We booked and paid for 3 rooms for 3 families. We showed up and only had one room. Had to pay for a second and the third family drove back home.

We brought our son and his girlfriend to see the Smokies, so we had two rooms. It seems like a brand new hotel, so everything looked clean and new. They were able to get us on the same floor, which made it easier to share a luggage cart. The room was nice, the bed, comfortable. We went to breakfast at 9 am and it was served from 6:30 to 9:30 am, so it was crowded, but the flow to get food was good and there was enough seating. Very clean check in and check out were easy

Breakfast items were out of stock or not replenished timely. The first night we checked in the little vending/convenience store was nearly empty. Bananas only available one breakfast, cold brew ran out, egg omelets ran out. Ordering and food delivery did not match the number of guests in the hotel at all. With a big event going on at the Le Conte center I expected better planning given the cost of the stay
