Breakfast items were out of stock or not replenished timely. The first night we checked in the little vending/convenience store was nearly empty. Bananas only available one breakfast, cold brew ran out, egg omelets ran out. Ordering and food delivery did not match the number of guests in the hotel at all. With a big event going on at the Le Conte center I expected better planning given the cost of the stay

The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, the bed was just ok comfortable wise. We had a great view. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, nothing great. The hotel was very clean inside and out.
We were at the pool every day. On the day before we left, I was injured while at the pool. A wind gust caught the umbrella and it came out of the table and turned sideways and luckily it was stopped by the light pole. It did hit my hand but certainly could’ve been worse. I have yet to hear from management about the incident. I would love to book another stay here. There was another thing that was a concern. They only have 4 luggage carts for the entire hotel. Myself and 3 others waited in the lobby for one of the carts to return, we all left without one. Please get more luggage carts!!!

这家酒店开业时间不长，我可以看出它的发展方向不对。每晚近 300 美元，应该不会有什么问题。第一个房间没有彻底打扫。（高接触区域显然已经检查过了。）换到第二个房间，家具上有污渍，淋浴间有头发，厕所很脏。早餐也不达标。我慷慨地给 2 星的唯一原因是，这家酒店的位置非常方便前往热门景点，前台在帮我们换房间时态度很好。
