Staff was nice. Big complaint is this place has paper thin walls you will hear your neighbors talk and every door that they throw the extra protection latch our slams and will be loud if you sleep later the 7am. Good luck.

Blower stayed on throughout stay. Couldn’t adjust it. Also there is a $20.00 pending charge on my credit card. What’s that about. Not mentioned to me. Lastly, never got a bona fide receipt on line for the stay, i.e. no mention of the total charge for the stay not a ‘breakdown’ of the total cost.

The street in front of the hotel could get a little loud on Saturday nights. Ask for a quiet room, if possible.

Very impressed. Rooms had enough space and plenty of amenities, bathroom very spacious, continental breakfast was spectacular, pool was clean.

Great service!
The hotel staff contacted us just hours after our stay. Unbeknown to us, we had left a backpack with an iPad in it. We appreciated their diligence to bring it to our attention and were able to retrieve it that day.

Dreamy, but Damp?
We really enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn in La Crosse! The hotel is in a great location in the downtown area, so it is in walking distance to the river walk, stores, and restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful and fully supplied. Really, the only recommendation we have for this hotel is that you install more towel racks in the rooms' bathrooms. We don't mind reusing our towels one time, but the knobs to hang used towels on don't allow the towels to dry very well, and who wants to reuse a damp towel? No one! Other than that, we had a great stay!
